Is Hush melatonin-free?
No. Hush contains a micro-dose of melatonin, 0.35 mg per 2-gummy serving, alongside plant and mushroom extracts, amino acids and vitamin C. If you want no melatonin at all, Hush isn't the right fit.
How many Hush gummies should I take?
Take 2 gummies, preferably 30 minutes before bed. That 2-gummy serving has 0.35 mg of melatonin. Please don't take more than 2 gummies a day.
Will Hush leave me groggy in the morning?
Everyone responds differently, so we can't promise how your mornings will feel, and melatonin can cause next-day drowsiness in some people. Each 2-gummy serving has 0.35 mg of melatonin. Try your first serving on a night with no early start, and if you feel drowsy the next day, talk with your healthcare provider.
Does Hush contain THC, CBD or ashwagandha?

The consistency is much different than the sample I received at the Conscious Life Expo, so I was a bit disappointed. Interestingly, I’m not sure it’s working as well either.
