Using Phases
A personal companion for adults
Phases is intended for adults 18 and older. It offers cycle observations, optional calendar estimates, education and personal rituals. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, fertility confirmation or contraceptive method. An estimate cannot confirm ovulation, hormone levels or how you feel. Seek qualified care for health concerns and urgent care for an emergency.
Your choices
You may track without an account or predictions. You control the records you enter, selected Health imports, backup files and any optional sharing. Enter dates you know; unknown answers stay unknown. A partner must consent to a connection. A phase never gives permission for affection, intimacy or decisions on someone else’s behalf.
Storage and availability
The local tracker can work offline after loading. Optional account, sharing, email, checkout and remote notification features need connectivity and their providers. Browser storage is tied to its origin and can be cleared by the browser or device. Back up before changing domains or devices. Phases does not promise automatic cross-device backups or notification arrival.
Physical products
Product recipes are separate from health conclusions. Cacao is food, not a treatment or a promise to balance hormones. Review final ingredients, allergens and merchant terms before purchase. Availability and the final price are determined by the merchant. Opening checkout or copying a gift link does not place an order. No free box, subscription, discount or shipment is created by tracking or connecting a partner.
