How to take Meru
Take 2 tablets up to twice daily, by mouth or dissolved in 8 to 16 oz of warm water. Good times to take them: on waking, between meals or before bed.
Good to know
Do not exceed 4 tablets a day. Not for anyone under 18. Ask your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition, including hemochromatosis or another iron-overload condition. Keep the compact closed, dry and out of reach of children.

What is shilajit?
Shilajit is a dark, naturally mineral-rich resin that seeps from rock high in mountain ranges such as the Himalayas. It has been valued for centuries in Ayurvedic tradition. Meru uses Himalayan shilajit extract in small peppermint tablets.
How much shilajit is in Meru?
Meru is measured by the serving, not the single tablet. One serving is 2 tablets and provides 500 mg of Himalayan shilajit extract. The directions allow up to two servings a day: 4 tablets, or 1,000 mg of shilajit extract.
How long does one compact of Meru last?
Each compact is labeled for 25 servings of 2 tablets. At one serving a day, that's about 25 days. At the maximum of two servings a day, it's about 12 days.
Does Meru contain caffeine?
Meru's listed ingredients include nothing that contains caffeine, and Meru isn't a stimulant. You can take it in the morning or in the evening, whichever suits your day.
Can I take Meru with Hush or Deva?
Meru's listed ingredients include no melatonin, and it isn't a sleep formula; if you also take Hush, follow each product's own directions. Deva also contains Himalayan shilajit (500 mg per 2-gummy serving), so count both toward your daily shilajit: one serving of each adds up to 1,000 mg of shilajit extract. Ask your healthcare provider before combining supplements, especially if you take medication.
